Take it from me it's really easy to gain muscle size even if you're the skinniest guy in the locker room. Forget about genetics, to me it's just a myth. If you want to get big and very fast follow these 3 simple rules for 3 weeks and trust me you'll see the huge difference in no time.
I know you think I'm just one of those internet guys that talks a lot of garbage, well I'm not. I'm a regular kid at varsity who's really passionate about fitness and I'm gonna show you exactly what I did to get buff.
1. Eat! no let me say that again EAT BIG!!!! that's the only way you're gonna gain mass. Food should be your only supplement, don't worry about buying powder, just eat a lot of food. High in calories don't worry about eating clean, if you want size you have to eat dirty too. Every 3 hours grab a meal and get it down and they should be huge meals. 6 meals a day should be a should must if you are looking for size. That's it no magic pill just eat a lot of food.
2. Lift big to get big, yes small weigh
3. This one is simple "sleep". Make sure you sleep 8 hours so your body can recover and also grow, because you grow only when you sleep, so if you don't sleep you won't grow.
So that's it! Do that for 3 weeks and you'll see the difference in no time.
